MapLibre layer customization for entry points.

Remarks

Each layer ID derives from the PlacesModule instance prefix:

point - <prefix>-entry-point, a circle on each entry point, larger for a main one than for the rest.
line - <prefix>-entry-point-line, a dotted line from the place to each of its entry points.
