ConstA knob is a plain value in Buildings3DConfig, at its id's path. Every knob but visible and
preset takes the preset's value while unset, which the SDK's getKnob reports. The exceptions:
hover.color and click.color take the map's accent, else blue.light.direction and light.altitude follow the map's light once one is placed, and getKnob
reports that light, its direction rounded to whole degrees.
Every buildings knob with its kind, description, range or options and, for
visibleandpreset, its default. It's static data, readable without a map.
