A city name goes in, and the incidents reported inside it right now print to the console, one properties block each.

geocodeOne returns one feature rather than a ranked list, so there is nothing to choose between before the next call.
trafficIncidentDetails takes that feature straight as its bbox and derives the box itself, so no corner arithmetic is needed.
timeValidityFilter holds the response to what is live at request time, not a filter run afterwards.
