Dashboard
The dashboard is the home screen of the O/D Analysis application, opened via My reports in the top navigation. It lists every analysis you have created, grouped into three tabs: Reports, Drafts and Archived. Each tab label shows a live count of the analyses it contains.
My reports
The Reports tab is the main view — a table of every analysis you’ve submitted, with its name, status, creation date and calculation duration.

Announcements
The banner above the tabs is reserved for important new features — it’s only shown when there is something worth calling out, such as a new analysis version or a major change to the creation flow.

Demo reports
A few DEMO-labeled example reports — a couple of Flow Matrix and Selected Link analyses — are always appended to the end of the Reports list, so you can explore real results without creating your own analysis first. They respect the current Type, Version and search filters, and only offer the API info and Clone actions, since there’s no owner report to share or archive.
Filters
Above the list, a row of controls narrows down which analyses are shown: search by name, a Status popover with a checkbox per status, a Type toggle, a Version toggle, and a Favorite toggle.

- Search reports — filters the list by analysis name.
- Status filter — the Filters button opens a popover with a checkbox per status, so you can show only, for example, analyses that are still running.
- Type toggle — restrict the list to Origin/Destination or Selected Link analyses, or show All.
- Version toggle — restrict the list to V1 or V2 analyses, or show All.
- Favorite toggle — show only analyses you’ve marked as a favorite.
- Clear all filters — appears once any filter above is active, and resets them all at once.
Row actions
Hovering over a row reveals action buttons on the right — which ones you get depends on the analysis’ status.

-
API info — opens a popover with the equivalent API request for this report (both a ready-to-run preview URL and the request body to create it via the API), each with a link to its API documentation.

-
Share — only enabled once a report has been accepted (Ready); it’s shown but disabled while still Need confirmation, and hidden for every other status. Opens a dialog to generate a link anyone can use to view the analysis, without needing to sign in.

-
Archive — archives the report immediately, no confirmation dialog. It stays fully accessible from the Archived tab, and can be restored from there.
-
Clone — prefills a new report with this one’s settings. If any of its parameters (typically the date range) now fall outside your current limits, a Limits exceeded dialog appears first, letting you clone only the still-valid parameters or clone it unchanged; otherwise cloning goes straight into the Flow Matrix or Selected Link creation flow.

-
Favorite — marks the report so it can be found later with the Favorite filter.
A running or queued analysis also gets a Cancel button here instead of Archive.
Drafts
The Drafts tab holds reports saved without submitting them, via Save as draft in the Flow Matrix or Selected Link creation flow. Click anywhere on a draft row to continue configuring it from where you left off; the trash icon on the right deletes it — always visible here, with no hover needed.

Archived
The Archived tab holds reports removed from Reports via the archive action — they aren’t deleted, and keep their API info and Share actions (if applicable). A Restore action moves a report back into Reports.

Analysis in progress
Once submitted, an analysis moves through the following statuses:
- Queued — waiting for a calculation slot.
- In progress
<percentage>— currently being calculated; the percentage updates as it runs. - Cancelled — calculation was stopped from the row’s Cancel button.
- Need confirmation — calculation finished; open the report to see how many trips were counted, then Accept or Reject it based on whether that count is high enough to be useful.
- Ready — accepted; the results are available to explore.
- Rejected — you rejected the analysis, typically because the trip count was too low to be useful. You are not charged for a rejected analysis.
- Error — the analysis failed to calculate. You are not charged for it; if this happens repeatedly, contact MoveSupport@tomtom.com.
