• One discoverPlaces call returns the municipalities and one geometryData call returns every boundary, so the per-map loop does no fetching.
• A TomTomMap and a GeometriesModule.create per container stand on their own, with no shared registry to keep.
• fill: { style: 'inverted' } paints outside each boundary rather than inside it, which is what leaves the municipality clear.
