Fixes

• Fix potential crash when TomTomLogger is de-allocated.
• Previously, the traffic incident marker blinked when showing calculated route. Now there is an invisible TomTomSDKMap.Marker when it is set to invisible via TomTomSDKRoutingVisualization.TrafficIncidentStyle.

• Remove the following Public Preview APIs:

  • TomTomSDKNavigation.SimpleEngineCommonCalculator protocol
  • TomTomSDKNavigation.SimpleEngineCalcResult struct
