O/D Analysis is based on Floating Car Data (FCD), so the depth of the results for a given area depends on the historical traffic data available for that area and for the dates you select.

Checking coverage for an area

Use the Available maps endpoint to retrieve the map versions and map types available for a bounding box. Being able to select a map version for your regions also indicates that the analysis will be based on map-matched traces — see Trip definition.

In the MOVE Portal, the map version selector shown while defining the zones provides the same information.
