Accepted Selected Link reports open in a results workspace. The result visualization depends on whether the analysis uses a link or region geometry.

Page layout

The workspace consists of:

• A top bar for navigation, report information, and report actions.
• A left panel for selecting the result period and configuring the visualization.
• A map area for exploring the spatial results.
• A results panel for paths, charts, and detailed information.

Top bar

The chevron on the left returns to the dashboard. It is followed by the report name and analysis type. The right side contains the actions available for the report.

Rename report

Opens the Rename analysis dialog, where you can give the report a new name.

Clone

Opens the Clone report dialog, pre-filled with the report’s name. You can also select a different report type before submitting.

If the report contains dates or geometry outside your current limits, a Limits exceeded dialog lets you clone only the valid parameters or clone the report unchanged.

Share

Opens the Share with others dialog to generate a link to the report. Anyone with the link can view the analysis. Sharing is disabled until the report is accepted.

Select Create sharable link and wait for the link to be generated. You can then copy the link or delete it to revoke access.

Report configuration

Opens the report configuration panel. Its sections are described on the Analysis Info & Status page.

Left panel

The Date and Time selectors display one configured date-and-time combination at a time. Use their arrows to move to the previous or next range. Each combination has its own results.

For a link geometry, trips are assigned to the ranges in which they pass through the selected link. For a region geometry, they are assigned using the relevant region entry or exit time. The information icons beside the selectors explain these rules.

Results panel

The results panel contains paths, charts, and details for the current selection. Its menu lets you dock it to the bottom, left, or right of the workspace. Select Set current layout as default to reuse that placement when opening other Selected Link reports.

Map area

Helper Text

The message in the top-left corner explains how to interact with the current results. It prompts you to select a segment to filter the results and updates when multiple segments are selected.

Map Controls

Use the controls in the top-right corner of the map to:

• Search for a coordinate or address.
• Read and change the current map zoom.
• Select the base map style.
• Center the map on the selected link, region, or result tree.
• Take a screenshot of the current map canvas.

Legend

The color palette at the bottom-right of the map explains the segment colors for the selected metric. Click the minimized palette button to show the legend. Click Edit to configure it.

Color palette settings

• Palette preset applies a predefined or previously saved set of colors. After changing a palette, select Save colors to store it under a custom name. You can rename or delete saved palettes from the list.
• Scale type switches between discrete color bands and a continuous gradient.
• Reverse colors reverses the order of the colors without changing the scale values.
• Reset restores the selected preset and its default scale.
• Scale range sets the lowest and highest values that use the main palette. The fields, slider labels, and legend use the selected metric’s units. Select the color cells outside the range to customize the colors used for lower and higher values.
• Steps every sets the size of each color band when the scale type is Discrete.
• Select a discrete color cell to change it. For a continuous scale, select or drag a color stop, select between stops to add one, or select Delete in a stop’s color popup to remove it. A continuous scale must have at least two stops.

Click Done to return to the legend. Click the minus button to minimize it. The selected palette, its customizations, and saved palettes are stored in the browser and reused in later sessions.

Change a discrete color

With Discrete selected, select any color block in the scale to open its color popup. Choose a color and adjust its opacity as needed. The change applies to that value interval.

Customize a continuous scale

With Continuous selected, select a circle to change its color or opacity, drag a circle to reposition its color stop, or select anywhere between the circles to add a stop. To remove a stop, select its circle and then select Delete. At least two stops must remain.

Manage saved colors

After changing a palette, select Save colors, enter a name, and select Save. The palette appears under My color palettes in the preset list. Hover over a saved palette to show the Edit and Delete actions. Click Delete, then confirm the deletion in the dialog. Click Cancel to keep the palette instead.

To rename a saved palette, select its Edit action, enter the new name, and select the checkmark. Select the cross to cancel instead.

Color palette in Compare mode

In Side by side and Comparison slider views, the palette is minimized beside the compact Date and Time selectors. Click the minimized palette button to show its compact legend. Click Edit to use the same color palette controls described above in a narrower layout, or click the minus button to minimize the legend again.
